The first time I met Cara I had zero expectations—but the moment we connected on Zoom, I felt a sense of being safe. She guided me to lie down in a comfortable space while she held sacred energetic space on her end. I closed my eyes, and the next hour felt like a beautiful, otherworldly journey.

I’ve always been drawn to energy work. and I’ve explored so many modalities—crystal healing, Reiki, and other forms of energy work. But something about Cara’s approach felt different.
