Cara's Story
Cara Sofia Currey is a vibrational seer and harmonic guide whose life has been shaped by deep listening. As a child, she sang melodies that seemed to come from nowhere, and somehow knew which song would play on the radio before it started. She felt things differently than other people, picking up on undercurrents of emotion and energy and connecting to something deeper in the earth itself.
She grew up aware that life happened on multiple levels: what you could see and what you could only sense, what people said and what they sang. Later in life, through death, illness, rupture, and the long silence that followed, a deep memory of sound opened inside her. As she began to vocalize tones that arrived from nowhere yet felt like home, her body became a place where harmonic memory returned.
Cara often works in collaboration with Oversoul partners of similar tone including Noah and Adriana Smith, Trisha Ballata, and others who hold distinct tones in this harmonic map. Together, they activate vibrational fields through group resonance, sacred breathwork, temple body coherence, water-based testing, and remote Oversoul transmissions across space and time.
Today, her tones, movement, and spiral breath techniques allow others to reconnect with their harmonic blueprint, the subtle rhythm that runs beneath the stories about who they are. Through this frequency of coherence, the people she works with are invited to remember who they truly are.
