Group Sessions

These sessions gather those who are ready to remember together.
Group work opens a powerful spiral. It allows us to witness and be witnessed, attune in shared breath, and re-enter the field of harmonic belonging. These sessions are different from traditional workshops or teachings. They are living transmissions that arise from the Oversoul and meet the group exactly where it is.
Cara does not guide from hierarchy. She—often with her collaborators—opens a tone, and allows the unique field to sing.
Support for Nonspeaking and Nonlinear Communication
These sessions are devoted to families, caregivers, and individuals navigating life with nonlinear communication patterns—especially those who are often labeled “nonverbal” or “nonspeaking”
Many of the people Cara works with are not here to speak in traditional ways. Instead, they transmit, pulse, feel, and harmonize. They are fluent in frequencies most of the world has forgotten. Cara offers a space of reverence, trust, and attunement to meet these souls on their own terms.
Sessions may be one-on-one with a parent or caregiver, or involve the full family field. Cara also welcomes collaborative listening with Noah Smith, who is nonspeaking himself, and others when needed.
You are not alone in feeling overwhelmed, heartbroken, or unsure how to help your beloved one. Cara invites you to trust that something ancient is speaking here. And that it can be heard.

I have been receiving energy and physical body work for many years, working on some deep issues that were causing me physical and pain as well as preventing me from moving forward in my life in many aspects.
