From Pain to Peace: A Journey with Cara’s Energy Work

Cara’s work is powerful and profound. I have been receiving energy and physical body work for many years, working on some deep issues that were causing me physical and pain as well as preventing me from moving forward in my life in many aspects.

I received a series of remote sessions from Cara, all about two weeks apart, and they catapulted me forward in my healing and clearing of old heavy unresolved energies. My body is now healing from chronic pain and I am lighter and freer emotionally. 

Shortly after my personal sessions, my father passed away. Cara was able to help guide him through the transition time. Shortly afterwards, she helped my entire family process his passing so that our grieving was far more peaceful than any of us had anticipated. 

Cara is the real deal. She works with our Higher Self so that every session is unique and specifically tailored to that person. She is kind, gentle, and humble - with incredible skills and perceptions to facilitate true healing.
